Hi there John,..... I really want to start off by thanking you and Lynn for the wonderful help you both were at the wedding. You have no idea how stressful it was the day of the wedding... (behind the scenes comment)... but you two really went out of your way to help us above and beyond the call of duty. We are so thankful that you were both so helpful. We do not know what we would have done without you. Please feel free to use us as a "glowing" reference.....John, thank you again sooooo much.

Jim and I would like to personally thank you for making our marriage on January 1, 2000 such a memorable event. As we stood on the shores of Kiva Beach with all the beauty surrounding us and listened to the words you spoke of love and honor, the memory will be with us always. Your professional demeanor and encouragement to be in the magic of the day enhanced the ceremony so that Jim and I felt our vows come to life. Daily we speak of our wedding and we thank you most kindly for your participation. To add to this day was the presence of our photographer which you arranged so that our moment was captured and we can view it with fond and loving regard. Thank you John for being with us to welcome this new century and our marriage as one event.

Dear Rev John, Hello from South Carolina.... We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful experience of our outdoor wedding ceremony....I'm confident that my vows with Jennifer would have been special at any spot but all the items that you, Lynn, Tahoe provided made the occasion amazing! Jennifer and I often speak of how pleased we are with our ceremony and appreciate the words of blessing and union that you provided, John. The pictures turned out great! Please thank Lynn. She did the best job. Our families and co-workers are still making comments about how well they turned out. At first the whole trip and wedding seemed risky to chance on strangers contacted on the net. But those apprehensions left my mind once we first spoke on the phone. And now after meeting you and Lynn some how in a short amount of time it seems as if we went out west to be married with the help of our friends, You and Lynn. It was everything Jennifer and I could have hoped. Your services were such a value. Thank you both for being so good to us....... you run a great business.....

From Marc & Shirley--- .......when we talked to Rev. John about the possibility of hiking to our special spot to get married we were happy when he said" lead the way". The fact that Rev. John is non-denominational was a plus for us because we were both raised in different faiths. The focus of our ceremony was about us becoming husband and wife and our commitment to each another. Rev John, Thank you so much for an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT wedding on Friday. Stef and I were quite nervous about the whole thing, but you and your beautiful wife made it much easier. We couldn't have asked for a better place, a better ceremony, or a better Reverend. Wanna hear something funny??? I sent out an email last night telling a bunch of my friends, and apparently, you had married the two of them last year!... Too funny!

Coordinating all of the wedding plans, photographer, and location over the internet was at times frustrating and a little nerve racking Until I found your web site. Those fears/concerns were all put to rest as we all met that Sunday June 4th.... we were awestruck once we arrived at the location. The ceremony was perfect and our photos turned out great.....You truly captured everything that we were after, a simple ceremony, the outdoors, our expectations were exceeded....... Gareth and I had been planning a large wedding for June of 2000 and it was becoming a huge headache. Not one of our family members was going to be completely satisfied with the event. Money was dwindling fast. All of this frustration added up day by day and led us to elope. After all this wedding was about our union. Luckily, we already had our rings and headed for Tahoe.... We arrived at 8pm on June19, 1999. We told the referral service that we wanted to get married before the evening was over. It was as good as done at that point. We came back an hour later and met Rev. John Spinola. We followed him to the most romantic spot on earth. The ceremony was wonderfully beautiful. The words Rev. Spinola spoke were so fluid, sincere, and perfect. Rev. Spinola held onto the sacredness of the moment. .... He carried out the ceremony perfectly. We couldn't have planned it any better. If we had it to do all over again, we would do it the same.
